Information Tables.

Employers wishing to maintain a presence on campus and talk with students about immediate and future opportunities are encouraged to set up an informational table in the Milo Bail Student Center.

Information tables are placed in a high traffic area of the Student Center from 10 am until 2 pm. Each employer may hold information tables two times per month and reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance of the first table date. Space is limited and participants are encouraged to reserve tables a semester at a time.

Information Sessions.

Employers may hold sessions on campus to share information about their organization with students and faculty. Sessions should be held between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm and take place during the regular business week. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance of the information session date. Space for information sessions is typically reserved in the Milo Bail Student Center.
